OUR BACKGROUND

It all started in 2008, our founder, Watcharanuch Wollweber has been on a mission to recreate and share her favourite childhood dish for others to experience. She has perfected the homemade sauce (vegan & gluten free) made with traditional ingredients that highlight the unique flavours of Thai cuisine.​ Our team of passionate cooks has delighted customers in London and beyond with their cooking skills, in which, our signature omelette Pad Thai is prepared hawker style. It is an immersive street food experience just like in Bangkok.​ Our team is comitted to serve our customers.
