Pad See Ew is one of Thailand’s most beloved stir-fried noodle dishes, traditionally made with broad, fresh rice noodles known as sen yai.

In 2012, it became the second noodle dish to join our street food menu, following the success of our signature Pad Thai. Since then, Pad See Ew has grown into a strong favourite of its own—offering a bolder, more savoury contrast to the nuttier, sweeter tamarind notes of Pad Thai. The name "Pad See Ew" literally means "stir-fried with soy sauce" in Thai, capturing the essence of its deep, umami-rich flavour profile.

Our Pad See Ew Sauce is a carefully crafted blend of light and dark soy sauces, enriched with fermented soybeans and soy bean paste to deliver a robust, savoury-sweet taste. As the sauce caramelises on the noodles, it creates the signature smoky, chargrilled flavour that makes this dish truly irresistible.

When stir-fried with Chinese broccoli, pak choi, or spring greens and paired with your choice of chicken, prawns, beef, or tofu, you’ll have a true Thai street food masterpiece—just like the ones our customers happily queue for.
